God's plans for the tabernacle

Exodus chapters 25 through 27 describe, in great detail, the plans for the tabernacle that the Israelites were to build. Ordinarily I, and I presume many others, gloss through this section. We are in search of scriptures that more readily appear to be relevant to our lives. Today, however, I stopped to spend a little time thinking about these chapters. I stopped because I realized for the first time how detailed God was in laying out these plans to the Israelites. God provided very precise measurements, materials requirements, etc. in detailing the plans for the tabernacle. God took this opportunity to remind me that He is in the details of every aspect of our lives. He took the opportunity to lay out very exact specifications for the tabernacle and He also has a very specific plan for each and every one of us.If you don't know what God's plan is for your life, take the time to pray, read the Bible, and seek God's wisdom. You won't be disappointed in both the detail and the wonder of the plan He will put before you.
