ESEA reauthorization blueprint

Today, between the rain drops and meetings, I plan to read the ESEA reauthorization blueprint released a week ago by the United States Department of Education. I suspect that this document will provide guidance about what the federal government's goals for the reauthorization. I think we've seen previews in other federal initiatives, like Race to the Top, but I believe that ESEA reauthorization will be the venue that the current administration will use to define its long-term goals and strategies.
